Shiny new toys
Coming out here, we decided to visit some of the local watering holes during our time here in San Diego. There was word out there of a bar out in Mission Beach with an outdoor, artificial wave pool with surfers and all. Not only did this place exist, it was an awesome experience.
Not only was the food great, there was never a dull moment as surfers lined the wave pool waiting their turn to take on the Bruticus Maximus.
If you are ever in the area, check out the Wave House in Mission Beach. Where else can you eat, drink and watch surfers get tossed by waves?
