		<description>The Big Ten can do what the NFL network did for the Rutgers game in 2006.
They offered the NFL broadcast Rutgers-Kansas State bowl game for free to Time Warner which they picked up for the fans in the New York/New Jersey region.
Senator Frank Lautenberg intervened on behalf of Rutger fans in that situation though.</description>
