The Poll Numbers

Penn State remained in the #3 spot in both the AP and Coaches poll this week with Ohio State moving up to #10 setting up a top 10 matchup next weekend in Columbus under the lights.
Northwestern returns to the top 25 entering at #24 in the Coaches poll, but not the AP (which doesn’t count in the BCS rankings anyways), and Minnesota comes in at #25 in both polls. More on the first BCS Championship Series rankings when they come out later.

Just want to say I have tremendous respect for the Lions’ players, fans and Joe. Looking forward to the game saturday night. I hope it’s as loud in The Shoe, as it gets in Happy Valley. I also hope that both teams play a fair and as penalty free game as possible.
May the best team win.
