Penn State Countdown: 91

Penn State and Tennessee battled to a 10-10 tie in the 2007 Outback Bowl.

Tennessee running back Arian Foster (#27) led the Volunteer attack for the go ahead score before he fumbles only to be scooped up by Tony Davis (#11) for a 88-yard TD return to put the Lions up 17-10.

A lead they would not relinquish in a 20-10 win.

So much for that SEC speed.
