Veteran actor Reema Lagoo passed away at the age of 59 this morning after suffering a cardiac arrest.
She is well known for playing the main character's mother in hit Hindi movies like Maine Pyar Kiya, Aashiqui, Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Vaastav, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Hum Saath-Saath Hain.
On television, she was seen in prominent roles in "Khandaan", "Shrimaan Shrimati", "Tu Tu, Main Main", "Do Aur Do Paanch", and the latest ongoing serial on StarPlus, Mahesh Bhatt's "Naamkaran". She breathed her last in the Andheri hospital. "She was perfectly fine and had no health issues.so it is really shocking for all of us that she is no more with us". She was considered to be Bollywood's favourite mother. All Reema said was that both of them were sweet and she enjoyed working with them.
