The video has been viewed millions of times on Facebook since it was posted on Monday.

An alleged associate of the victim, Gerald Andrews Sr., reportedly shared the 30-second graphic visual to his Facebook last week, which features the individual, whom Andrews noted as "Mark", being approached by five young men outside of a business in the Germantown section of the east coast city.

"This guy is a friend of mine who happens to be mentally challenged", Andrews said.

According to Andrews, the victim is named Mark Smith, 38, and is one of his coworkers. "He's a good guy", he said.

A video that shows a man getting punched in the face by two juveniles is calling on police to bring justice to the situation.

"He keeps that smile on his face".

After viewing the video, Philadelphia police asked the public to help them identify the juvenile boys.

Philadelphia Police Captain Malachi Jones says police had been looking for similarities in this incident and another incident in which a school principal was struck with a brick, just days after the other assault was caught on video. "It's a senseless act of violence". Another 15-year-old boy who delivered the second punch was apprehended Tuesday night, sources tell Action News "To them, they might have thought this was clever, but my message to them and kids in general is to do more constructive things with your time".

Three of the boys were arrested at school Tuesday and released into the custody of their parents.

No word yet on charges in the case.
