Yes that's right Diana aka Wonder Woman is coming back on the big screen along with 8 other DC movies including the "Justice League", "Shazam", "Suicide Squad 2", Justice League Dark", "The Flash: "Flashpoint", "Green Lantern Corps", " The Batman" and "Batgirl".

Wonder Woman fans got a treat at San Diego Comic Con, as DC Comics announced there will be a sequel to the film. The Patty Jenkins-directed film is also the highest-grossing live action film directed by a female director, according to The Verge.

IGN reports that during the Warner Bros. panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, a sequel to Wonder Woman was officially confirmed. No release date for the sequel has been announced. Thus, it's quite possible he won't get the main writing credit for Wonder Woman 2 and is just formulating the broader story ideas. Fifty Shades Of Grey previously held the title for that. Two years ago, when she joined the Batman v. Superman team onstage, she told a young boy who said he'd been bullied for wearing a Wonder Woman t-shirt that he was even more of a man for embracing Wonder Woman.

Gal Gadot is not that voice.

Patty Jenkins, the director, spoke to Entertainment Tonight and let slip the little plan she has in place.

'[Patty] She did come to me, and at the time I was either working on something or I don't know.

Gadot's appearance at the California comic book convention caused some major uproar, with the Los Angeles Times reporting that the crowd was "losing its mind" at the sight of Wonder Woman herself. Maybe we'll see her in the sequel. The movie has earned over $385 million so far.
