According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sacramento Kings are signing veteran big man Zach Randolph to a two-year, $24 million deal. Randolph will pass on tips and tricks to Cauley-Stein and Labissiere. He has scored in double figures in each of the last 14 seasons and tallied a solid 14.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per game in 2016-17. His veteran presence should help an otherwise young Kings squad improve leaps and bounds in 2017-18. He also dished out 4.2 assists per game and shot 47.7 percent from the floor and 40.3 percent from 3-point range.

Hill spent his first three seasons in the National Basketball Association with the Spurs, emerging as a possible point guard of the future before the organization moved him to the Pacers in a deal for Kawhi Leonard on draft night in 2011.

Randolph is turning 36 but is still a productive frontcourt player.

The news comes on the heels of Sacramento's reported deal with free agent guard George Hill. The team selected fellow point guard De'Aaron Fox No. 5 overall in last month's draft.

Hill is one of the most underrated players in the entire Association. If the Kings do that, this will wind up making more sense for the team's direction.
