TV presenter and fashion designer Audrina Patridge, who rose to fame on reality show "The Hills", is divorcing her husband of less than a year and this week obtained a domestic violence restraining order against him in Orange County.

"She just needs privacy at this time", her rep told Us.

Patridge is known for starring on the MTV series The Hills, and has since appeared on Dancing with the Stars and Audrina.

The 32-year-old television personality moved to end her 10-month marriage to Corey Bohan following an alleged instance of domestic violence, according to TMZ.

"I absolutely love being a mom - Kirra is my number one priority", the star added. Their daughter, Kirra Max, was born on June 24, 2016, and the couple married in November. She wants the judge to shut Corey Bohan down if he asks for spousal support. She says she started recording video of him, and he said, "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce".

Child protective services were said to have visited their home on September 15.

On September 16, Bohan followed her to the stage of the O.C. Style Week at Fashion Island, where she was a beauty panel speaker. "Furthermore, as set forth below, his aggressiveness last month became so extreme he became physically violent", her court documents state.

Although Audrina and Corey got married less than a year ago, they had been dating on and off since 2008.
