Even though the Apple Watch is becoming popular in India, the numbers might not be significant enough for a carrier to justify the investments required at the moment. And yes, Apple is going insane with the bands again. However, if you feel that these speeds arent enough, you can always pay more.

The Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) starts at £399 and Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) starts at £329.
